2010-07-23 09:20:26Barton bistro aka now Katies bar has really vampt itself up for being Stirling premier eating and drinking spot. With an amazing sense of culture and wicked clientele, this bar has now moved up the ladder in aspect to what Stirling needs outside Glasgow or Edinburgh. Great place to brunch, lunch or dine. Then if you wish to make a day to night of it then its central to 2 night spots in town to jump from into.it defo hits the spot for any cultural reference. Great priced drinks and excellently prepared food. If you've been before and were disappointed I'd defo get back there, it competes with the big boys in town as for the needs of all cultures.
